The US space agency has released an awesome poster showing all six members of the International Space Station (ISS) Expedition 45 wearing Jedi robes.

A close look at the poster reveals an imperial fighter and a sneaky death star.

The poster contains more than a few items not currently on the NASA list such as lightsabers and Jedi robes instead of space suits.

The crew featured in the poster are commander Scott Kelly and flight engineers Mikhail Kornienko, Kjell Lindgren, Kimiya Yui, Oleg Kononenko and Sergey Volkov.

As part of the International Space Station, Kelly and Kornienko will not be back on Earth until Soyuz 44 returns in March 2016.

They will be part of an ongoing experiment to know how the human body reacts to zero gravity which may help scientists prepare for future trips to deeper space missions, Mashable reported.

Expedition 45 is scheduled to take off in September this year.
