Ozone Day observed at RIS Our correspondent Wednesday, September 18, 2013 From Print Edition Islamabad: International Day of Ozone Preservation was celebrated in all branches of Roots International School (RIS) on Tuesday.   Students spoke about the steps taken by the international governments on the preservation of ozone layer, which is an important part of the atmosphere and helps us.   Primary students were told what an ozone layer is and the importance of ozone layer in the atmosphere, how it protects us from the harmful rays of sun.
