India's Mars orbiter mission set for Nov launch it has already clears major test. India's Mars Mission is all set to be launched in November 2013 and there is unprecedented enthusiasm among Indian space enthusiasts. This is going to be the farthest India has seen thus far. Three years ago the Indian space organization ISRO successfully sent a payload to the surface of the moon and this moon payload known as Chandrayan is still helping scientists across the world to known further about the moon.

To be true, the announcement about Mars mission by the Indian government sometimes ago was laughed at initially and even there were many within the country who didn't really believe that the country was actually capable to accomplish it. But now all the doubters are eating their words as ISRO prepares to  send the Mars mission as early as November this year.

If there were some more doubts remaining in the minds of the uninitiated then they were also cleared when the scientists completed thermo vacuum tests of the space ship that will take the instruments being prepared to sent to space. Reports suggest that the country is spending as much as Rs 450 crore for the Mars orbiter mission.

Latest reports coming out of India's space agency ISRO suggests that all the tests about the new spaceship have been successful. Tests have been carried out with spacecraft under simulated space environment. The spacecraft would now undergo vibration and acoustic tests before being transported from here by month-end to the spaceport of Sriharikota where the launch campaign has already commenced. The spacecraft is slated to be launched by Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C25) during October 21-November 19. Latest reports suggest that the first stage of the PSLV-C25 with strap-ons has already been assembled, with the rocket ready for satellite integration by October ten, officials of Indian Space Research Organisation said. ISRO chief K Radhakrishnan says, "We want to look at environment of Mars for various elements like Deuterium-Hydrogen ratio. We also want to look at other constituents-neutral constituents". So while hundreds of thousands of people are planning to settle down on space, India is doing its bits to achieve the goal.
