Wang was speaking from the Tiangong-1 space laboratory, where the Shenzhou spacecraft is currently docked before its planned return to Earth next week. During the lecture she used a number of items - including balls and spinning tops - to outline the concepts of weight and mass in space. Over 300 primary and secondary school students were able to ask questions through a live video feed as they watched from Beijing. In response to a question regarding her view from the capsule, Wang revealed: "We can see the Earth through our window and we see the sun rise and the sun set, but so far, I have not seen any UFOs." According to the Chinese Ministry of Education, a further 60 million students and teachers across the country also watched the lecture live. Wang's tutorial comes just months after online videos shot by Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield aboard the International Space Station (ISS) were watched around the world, making him a huge star. His lessons, which varied from how astronauts sleep in space in zero gravity to what happens when a cloth is wrung out, were watched by millions of people around the world.
